Nike Athlete House Display in Paris - July 26, 2024

This summer in Paris, athletes are set to achieve their dreams, and Nike is ready to support every victory. A key part of this support is the Nike Athlete House, a dedicated space for preparation, celebration, rest, and recovery for the hundreds of competing Nike athletes.

Built on scientific research and athlete feedback, the Nike Athlete House offers a wide range of holistic services: a pop-up Nike Sport Research Lab providing physical therapy and recovery services; a self-expression space with barber, makeup, nail, and tooth gem appointments; tranquil areas for athletes to relax and spend time with family; and specialty zones where athletes can customize and perfect their style for the big stage. This includes Nike's newest AI tool, which allows athletes to create one-of-a-kind images by entering prompts like "Swoosh," "flowers," or "modern art." These images can then be printed on Nike apparel at the House in minutes. Nike previously used this AI tool in its A.I.R. design project with elite athletes earlier this year.

To further support athletes during crucial moments, Nike is offering dedicated apparel services in Paris, helping to modify and fit their uniforms as needed.

“At Nike, we exist to serve athletes, both in the everyday and in their most important sport moments,” says Tanya Hvizdak, VP, Global Women’s Sports Marketing. “The Athlete House in Paris reflects what athletes have told us they need right now: a dedicated space where they can rest, recover, and prepare using top-tier services.”

The Nike Athlete House exemplifies Nike’s commitment to listening to athletes and supporting them in the ways they need, both on and off the field. This support includes programs like Nike’s Athlete Think Tank, which gathers insights from elite women athletes to improve products and champion women's and girls' sports. Nike also fosters athlete self-expression and uses athlete feedback to shape its campaigns.

Every initiative reinforces Nike’s broader commitment: to redefine athlete partnership by listening closely, serving athletes holistically, and collaborating to create positive change through sport.
