OPIUM PARIS X JORDAN AIR SHIP - RELEASES JUNE 1, 2024

Following collaborations with Awake NY and A Ma Maniére, Opium Paris introduces their unique version of the Jordan Air Ship, infusing it with Parisian style.

The Air Ship features a colorway of Sail, Blue Chill, Black, and Court Purple, paying homage to the Charlotte Hornets, a team Michael Jordan owned for over a decade and still holds a minority stake in. This palette celebrates Jordan's enduring legacy with the Hornets, creating a meaningful and distinctive look.

The sneaker has a Sail leather base with perforations on the toe box for breathability. Black details accentuate the Swoosh logos, eyestays, and toe overlays, while Purple highlights the collars and tongue tags. The tags also feature “Designed in Charlotte” text. A retro 90s pattern runs up the spine, adding a nostalgic touch, and debossed graffiti-style “Paris” text adorns the lateral ankle.

The Opium x Jordan Air Ship “Charlotte Hornets” will be released on June 1, 2024. It will be available at select Jordan Brand retailers, both in-store and online, including Nike.com, retailing for $150 USD in women’s sizing.
